SAFCA Survey of Consumers who receive services from small and intermediate water and sewerage service providers

SAFCA is currently undertaking a survey of consumers who receive their water and or sewerage services from small and intermediate suppliers.

The information we compile from the survey responses will assist us in providing a response to the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA) Inquiry into regulatory arrangements for small-scale water, sewerage and energy services.

We will be contacting these small and intermediate suppliers in the next few weeks, as well as consumers who receive their water and sewerage services from these services.

Please contact if you would like to know more about the survey and the information we are seeking.

Need Free Financial Counselling?

Although we don’t offer financial counselling ourselves, you can enter your postcode or suburb to the right to find your nearest financial counsellor.
