Financial Counsellors assist South Australians in financial difficulty by providing information, support and advocacy for their clients. Financial Counsellors work within the Community sector. Their services are free, independent and confidential.Learn about SAFCA »
SAFCA is currently undertaking a survey of consumers who receive their water and or sewerage services from small and intermediate suppliers.
The information we compile from the survey responses will assist us in providing a response to the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA) Inquiry into regulatory arrangements for small-scale water, sewerage and energy services.
We will be contacting these small and intermediate suppliers in the next few weeks, as well as consumers who receive their water and sewerage services from these services.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to know more about the survey and the information we are seeking.
Although we don’t offer financial counselling ourselves, you can enter your postcode or suburb to the right to find your nearest financial counsellor.
Financial counselling services are free.
