Whilst strengths-based approaches emerged from the field of social work, there is still limited information on how to implement it across the helping profession. We will look at what strengths-based practices are and how to help clients identify their strengths, before examining how to embed it into your practice. Additionally, we will consider how to utilise strength-based approaches in supervision.
