Across the helping professions, specialised counselling interview skills can help with developing rapport, expressing empathy and understanding, and helping clients develop self-understanding and move towards positive change. This webinar will explore the empathetic use of specialised counselling skills including reflecting, questioning, reframing, and challenging. We will also identify some common problems as we use these skills, and ways to overcome them.
