AER's Billing Guidelines

SAFCA members are invited to provide their thoughts about the identification of research areas for the Australian Energy Retailers' (AER) billing guidelines. 

The guidelines are being developed in response to a final rule change determination on bill contents and billing requirements under the National Energy Retail Rules where existing billing provisions will be replaced with a mandatory guideline.

They will seek to simplify energy bills so that households and small business owners can better understand and manage their bills, as well as find a better energy deal.
